Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
